Planned Around Your Space: We start with a site survey to understand your layout, connectivity needs, and installation conditions. You receive a written proposal defining the work, materials, schedule, and project cost.
Low voltage and infrastructure projects are separate from monthly managed IT services. Permits, specialized testing, and licensed trade work are identified during project scoping, where applicable.
Installation and Ongoing Support, Connected: Pair your infrastructure project with Guardian, Defender, or Fortify Elite for ongoing management of the systems covered by your service agreement.

How do you determine the right plan for our business?
We consider your team size, technology environment, support needs, and security priorities. Your proposal explains the recommended plan, onboarding, and any additional services before you begin.
What does per-user coverage include?
Our standard package structure includes one primary workstation and backup for one Microsoft 365 account per licensed user. Additional devices, servers, and specialized systems can be included in your proposal.
Is Microsoft 365 licensing included?
Microsoft 365 backup is included in our managed service plans. Microsoft 365 subscription licenses are separate unless your proposal expressly includes them.
Are onsite visits and after-hours support available?
Yes. Onsite visits and after-hours services are scoped separately unless included in your service agreement. Standard remote support is provided during the business hours defined in your agreement.
What does backup coverage include?
Backup coverage includes monitoring and routine restores for the systems identified in your proposal. Retention, recovery services, and recovery expectations are defined before service begins. Recovery time depends on the affected systems, available backups, data volume, and the incident.
Does vulnerability management include fixing every issue?
We prioritize findings and track corrective action. Routine patching and configuration fixes are included within the agreed service scope. Larger remediation projects are scoped separately.
Does Fortify Elite make our business compliant?
Fortify Elite supports compliance readiness through assessments, remediation planning, and executive reviews. It does not provide legal advice, formal certification, audit representation, or a guarantee of compliance.
Is cabling included in a managed IT plan?
New cable runs, rack installations, office moves, and infrastructure upgrades are separate projects. We assess the site and provide a written scope before work begins.
Can we change plans as our business grows?
We can review your coverage as your needs change and recommend adjustments, subject to your service agreement.
